Launch a token

Create a token, Squad launch and Launchpad

Three ways to launch a token with RugWard contracts - a clean fixed-supply token, a Clean Squad Launch for 2-5 partners, and the refundable Launchpad with a Launch Passport - with fees, limits and what they do not prove.

Which one do I need?#

ToolForFee
Create Clean Tokenone creator who wants a plain token$5 flat ($10 on Ethereum)
Clean Squad Launch2 to 5 partners who launch together and protect themselves from each other$5 per partner ($10 on Ethereum), only if the squad launches
Launchpada public sale with refunds if the soft cap is missed$5 flat ($10 on Ethereum) + 2% of the raise, only on success

A clean contract only describes the code. It is not a promise about any project, team or price. Most new tokens lose most of their value.

Create Clean Token#

Create Clean Token makes a plain ERC-20 (BEP-20 on BNB Chain) from an immutable RugWard factory on BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism or Avalanche.

Create a clean token
rugward.com/create-token: name, symbol, supply, fee currency, then Check & preview
  1. Enter Name, Symbol and Total supply (whole tokens, 18 decimals).
  2. Choose to pay the fee in the native coin or a stablecoin (USDT on BNB Chain, USDC elsewhere). The fee is priced with the chain's Chainlink feed.
  3. Check & preview, connect your wallet and Create. RugWard simulates the transaction first; stablecoin approvals are for the exact fee.

What you get: an OpenZeppelin v5 ERC-20 with 18 decimals; the full supply is minted once to your wallet. No owner, no mint, no tax, no blacklist, no pause, no code change. The factory has no owner or admin keys, its fee and fee wallet (0xd365…c666) are fixed in code, and any extra native coin is refunded in the same transaction. RugWard scans show these tokens as "Created with the RugWard Clean Token factory (clean verified contract)".

Names that copy well-known assets (BNB, ETH, USDT, USDC, CAKE…) are refused, and only plain characters are allowed so look-alike letters cannot be used. Add liquidity yourself afterwards and lock or burn the LP tokens so buyers can see it.

Clean Squad Launch#

Clean Squad Launch lets 2 to 5 partners launch one token together so that no single wallet can run off with the money.

Clean Squad Launch
rugward.com/squad: token, deposit per partner, partner wallets, deadline, liquidity share, LP lock and vesting
  1. One partner creates the squad (free, gas only): token name, symbol, supply, the native-coin deposit per partner (all of it goes to liquidity), the 2–5 partner wallets, the deposit deadline, the share of supply for liquidity, the LP lock and the partner vesting period.
  2. Each partner opens the squad link and deposits the same amount from their own wallet, plus the fee.
  3. If anyone misses the deadline, everyone is refunded in full, fee included.
  4. If all deposit, the contract creates a clean token, adds the liquidity, locks the LP tokens and vests each partner's share over time. Shared decisions need a majority (for example 3 of 4).

It protects partners from each other. It cannot prove the partners are different people, and it does not make the token a good investment. The contracts are internally reviewed by RugWard (static analysis, fuzz and invariant tests, line-by-line review): our own review, not an independent one.

Launchpad: Launch with Proof#

RugWard Launchpad runs refundable commit sales. It is live on BNB Chain mainnet; Base (Base Sepolia) and Ethereum (Sepolia) are testnet previews, and Solana is a devnet preview. Testnet and devnet coins have no value.

The sale

  • The creator fixes every term once: price, soft cap (at least 20% of the hard cap), per-wallet limits, the window (1 hour to 14 days), liquidity share (60–98% of the raise), LP lock or burn, team share, cliff, vesting and an optional allowlist. Nothing can be changed later.
  • Buyers commit the native coin. Everyone pays the same price; commits cannot be withdrawn. Above the hard cap, everyone is filled pro-rata and the unused part is returned at claim.
  • If the soft cap is met, anyone can finalize within 7 days: the contract creates the token, adds liquidity at the listing price in the same transaction (PancakeSwap V2 on BNB Chain, Uniswap V2 on Base and Ethereum), locks or burns the LP, burns unsold tokens and pays the fee.
  • Buyers then claim (or anyone delivers in batches, at most 2,000 buyers per sale). Trading opens automatically once the last buyer is served.
  • If the soft cap is missed, or nobody finalizes within 7 days, every buyer takes a full refund and the creator gets the flat fee back.

Limits

Hard capat most 50 BNB on BNB Chain (16 ETH on Base, 15.8 ETH on Ethereum, 369 SOL on Solana devnet) until an external audit
Team tokensat most 20% of supply; cliff at least 30 days, then linear vesting over at least 90 days, counted from finalize
LPlocked at least 90 days (365 by default) or burned

Launch Passport. Every launch gets a free passport with three tiers: enforced (fixed by the contract), monitored (checked by RugWard against chain state, with the block number) and claimed (chosen by the team from a fixed list; not verifiable). It does not prove who the team is, whether their claims are true, or what the token will be worth. It is not an audit and not advice.

Creating and committing are not available in the United States or in sanctioned countries and regions. The launch contracts have no owner, no admin key and no upgrade; they are internally reviewed by RugWard and were scanned with CertiK AI Auditor (an automated scan, not a manual review by an independent firm).
