Terms of Service

By using rugward.com, the RugWard API or the RugWard Telegram bot (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.

1. Non-custodial software

RugWard is an interface. We never hold, control or have access to your funds, private keys or seed phrases. All transactions are created by you and signed in your own wallet. Transactions on a blockchain are irreversible.

2. No financial advice

Scan results are automated, heuristic and may be wrong or incomplete. A "Low risk" result is not a guarantee. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research.

3. Swaps and fees

Swaps are routed through third-party aggregators and decentralized exchanges (currently KyberSwap). RugWard charges an integrator fee of 0.5% of the input amount on swaps made through Safe Swap. The fee is shown before you sign and is taken on-chain by the swap router in the same transaction. Network gas is paid by you to the blockchain.

4. Eligibility and restricted regions

You must not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a sanctioned country or region, or are on any sanctions list. We may block access by location or wallet screening.

5. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping beyond published API limits.
• No attempts to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
• No use of the Service to promote fraudulent tokens.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law RugWard is not liable for any loss of funds, profits or data.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
