Preview: BNB Chain testnet only. RugWard Launchpad runs on BNB Chain testnet while the contracts finish review. Testnet coins and tokens have no value. Mainnet launches open only after the RugWard owner deploys the mainnet factory from their own wallet.

RugWard Launchpad: Launch with Proof

A refundable commit sale. Everyone pays the same fixed price during a window. If the soft cap is missed, every buyer takes a full refund. If it is met, anyone can finalize: the contract creates a plain token, adds and locks the liquidity itself, burns what was not sold, and vests the team's tokens. Every launch gets a free Launch Passport that separates what the contract enforces from what RugWard monitors and what the team only claims.

  • No owner, no admin key, no upgrade on the launch contract. Commits cannot be withdrawn, so nobody can pull out at the last second.
  • Liquidity is minted in the same transaction that creates the token: no trading before it exists. LP locked at least 90 days (365 by default) or burned.
  • Team tokens at most 20% of the supply, with a cliff and vesting. Hard cap at most 50 BNB per launch until an external audit.
  • Fees: $5 flat plus 2% of the raise, only on success, out of the team's share and never out of liquidity. A failed launch pays RugWard nothing.

Contracts internally reviewed by RugWard. That is our own review, not an independent one. A launch passport describes a contract; it does not make any token a good investment.

Taking part (creating or committing) is not available in the United States or in sanctioned countries and regions.
