Preview: BNB Chain testnet only. RugWard Launchpad runs on BNB Chain testnet while the contracts finish review. Testnet coins and tokens have no value. Mainnet launches open only after the RugWard owner deploys the mainnet factory from their own wallet.

How RugWard Launchpad works

The sale

  1. The creator sets every term once: price (sale tokens for the hard cap), soft cap (at least 20% of the hard cap), per-wallet limits, the window (1 hour to 14 days), the liquidity share, the LP lock or burn, the team share, cliff and vesting, and an optional allowlist. Nothing can be changed afterwards.
  2. Buyers commit the chain's native coin during the window. Everyone pays the same price; committing early or late makes no difference. Commits cannot be withdrawn.
  3. If more than the hard cap is committed, everyone is filled pro-rata and the unused part of each commit is returned in the claim.
  4. After the window, if the soft cap is met, anyone can finalize within 7 days. Finalize creates the token, adds the liquidity on PancakeSwap V2 in the same transaction, locks or burns the LP tokens, burns unsold tokens, and pays RugWard's fee.
  5. If the soft cap is missed, or nobody finalizes within 7 days, every buyer takes a full refund and the creator takes the flat fee back.

Fees

$5 flat per launch, paid by the creator in BNB at creation and held by the launch contract. 2% of the raise, only on success. Both go to RugWard at finalize, out of the team's share of the raise, never out of liquidity. A failed launch pays RugWard nothing. There is no token fee.

Limits

  • Hard cap at most 50 BNB per launch until an external audit is done.
  • Team tokens at most 20% of the supply: no tokens during a cliff of at least 30 days, then linear vesting over at least 90 days.
  • LP lock at least 90 days (365 by default), or burned. After the lock the LP can only go to the receiver fixed at creation.
  • 60% to 98% of the raise goes to liquidity. The team's share can be streamed over up to 365 days.

The Launch Passport

Every launch gets a free passport with three tiers: enforced (fixed by the contract), monitored (checked by RugWard against chain state, with the block number), and claimed (picked by the team from a fixed list; not verifiable).

What it does not prove: who the team is, whether their claims are true, whether they control other wallets, or what the token will be worth. It is not an audit and not advice.

Risks

  • Most new tokens lose most of their value. Only commit what you can afford to lose.
  • Per-wallet limits cannot stop one person using many wallets. Bots can trade right after finalize at the listing price.
  • The contracts were internally reviewed by RugWard, not by an independent firm. Bugs remain possible.
  • The DEX, wrapped BNB and Chainlink contracts are trusted as deployed.

Who can take part

Creating launches and committing are not available in the United States or in sanctioned countries and regions. No KYC. Reading passports and calendars is open to everyone. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.
