RugWard Pay merchant terms

Last updated 29 October 2026. These terms add to the general Terms of Service.

1. What RugWard Pay is

RugWard Pay is non-custodial software. It creates invoices, shows buyers your own receiving addresses and reads public blockchain data to tell you when a payment arrived. Payments go directly from the buyer's wallet to yours. RugWard never receives, holds, converts or transmits your funds, cannot reverse or refund a payment, and is not a party to any sale between you and your buyers.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Prohibited use

You may not use RugWard Pay for, or to facilitate:

4. Enforcement

RugWard may review reports and suspend a merchant account, its invoices and checkout pages at any time if we believe these terms are broken. Suspension stops new invoices and checkouts; RugWard cannot and does not touch funds already in your wallet.

5. Fees

During the launch promo RugWard charges no fee on same-coin payments. Any future fee will be shown on the dashboard and checkout before it applies, and will be taken on-chain by a public contract, never by holding your funds.

6. No warranty

RugWard Pay is internally reviewed by RugWard and provided as is. Blockchains, price sources and public nodes can be slow, wrong or unavailable; detection may be delayed. To the extent the law allows, RugWard is not liable for lost payments, rate changes, or the acts of buyers and merchants.
