Fake profit screenshots and paper gains
A screenshot can show any number. Why big gains in thin pools often cannot be cashed out.

Paper value vs. exit value
Wallet apps value tokens at the last trade price. If a pool is small, selling a large balance moves the price down sharply, so the real amount you would receive is far lower than the 'value' shown.
In a honeypot, the value is worth nothing at all because selling fails.
Check it yourself
RugWard's profit-claim checker reads the wallet's real balance, asks the aggregator what selling everything right now would actually return, and runs the sell simulation. It shows the gap between paper value and exit value in plain numbers.
